Beginning his career at Chadwick School in 1996 as a history teacher, Jeff's passion for education quickly propelled him into various leadership roles. Over the years, he served as Director of the Middle School and Interim Head of School, where he became known for his unwavering commitment to academic excellence and his advocacy for character education and diversity.
Colleagues and students alike admired Jeff for his ability to inspire and motivate others, fostering an inclusive and positive atmosphere within the school community.
